How do I close out or completely remove my blog?

I decided that I can not handle the blog. How do I delete it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First, realize that if you delete it neither you nor anybody else, ever, can use the URL or the contents again. No matter how you beg. Daily we see people saying they didn’t take this warning seriously, and those people are screwed.
So we normally suggest just setting it to Private. You can always re-public it later.
If you’re determined to delete it, you can do that under Dashboard->Tools. And if you do it and come back later complaining you want the URL back, we will laugh at you.
We really will.

Probably not, actually, unless they’re getting paid for those. We went through the Great Coupon Debate years ago and it was decided they could stay.

There are some coupon affiliates and the links are pay per click or print – that seems to be how sites can have so many coupons each day – just drop in the affiliate link –

That’s just it: I checked and those are not affiliate links. And no affiliate site is going to accept a WP stats “clicks” list as affiliate clicks.

there was a different blog that was wanting to add a banner that was to a coupon affiliate site – so I think all their stuff was affiliate pay per click
