How do I collapse articles

The demo version has “continue reading” at the bottom of each post on the main blog page. My blog shows the full article in columns on my blog page. I want them all to collapse and I cannot figure out how to do so. Please help!

@kenyonborn: Your Baskerville2 theme also includes a Content Options feature in the Customizer. There, you can toggle the posts page to display the excerpt or the full post.
Not all themes support this, but since yours does, I wanted to let you know.
