How do I color my links?

I am using Talian-10 and need to color my links. I don’t know anything about computers so as simple an explanation as possible would be appreciated. Thank you!

The theme you are referring to is a theme from http://wordpress.org that has not been adapted to run on wordpress.com software as far as I know. I cannot find it here -> Presentation -> Themes.
WordPress.com and wordpress.org run on different software and we cannot help you here if you are not referring to a wordpress.com blog.
If you have a web host or if you are self hosting then you need to ask your question in the correct forum http://wordpress.org/support
