How do I combine image and html button (text) into one.

I have an image widget (location 4) in my sidebar and a text widget for a code (location 5).
The theme design separates each widgets with a zig zag line, however for these two the content is related and I’d like them sat consecutively, with no divide.
Is it possible to do this? Is there a widget that allows for images and code together?
