How do I complain to WordPress?

I wish to make a complaint to WordPress regarding the renewal of my domain mapping (money taken more than a month before the renewal was due, with no warning/reminder email beforehand) but can not find a way to do so – all links lead to support pages or the forum.
Any ideas?

If you have auto renew enabled as you found out the renewal is done 30 days before it expires – that is to give time to correct things if an error occurs so you will not have a laps in service or your domain mapping or registration fails causing your blog to stop working –

I also have auto renew set up for the domain (hosted elsewhere) but at least got an email reminding me that it would be renewed soon. I no longer want that domain so have cancelled it, but didn’t get the chance to do the same with the mapping, so I am going to be paying for mapping to a domain which no longer exists.
I’m sure I should have realised that it would be done with no reminder, but I’ve not come across this before with anything that auto renews. And I still need to cancel the domain mapping!

I remember getting notified last year when my auto renew stuff was going to renew – I then just renewed it manually – did you check your spam filter?

I’m very sorry for the confusion and for any inconvenience.
I’ve removed the domain-mapping upgrade and issued a $13 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
We do send out multiple emails when an upgrade is set to auto-renew, 6 months before, 3 months before, 4 weeks before, 2 weeks before, 1 week before, and the day of renewal. Is it possible that our automated emails were flagged as spam by your email system, as auxclass suggested?
