How do I completely reset the CSS?

    Please help soon.
    I purchased a premium theme and also upgrade my CSS. I then activate the premium theme that I bought (Headline) and I restore the original default CSS (Headline theme).
    But when I set certain options in the options theme and I save all the changes, why is the display that appears not as I choose?
    How do I completely reset the theme so I can activate the theme options?

    You go to your CSS editing page, clear EVERYTHING out of the box, and tick “add to existing CSS”.
