How do I compress two independently created blogs under one login?

I mistakenly created two different blogs with two different log ins (with two different email addresses). How do I condense these two blogs of mine to appear under one one log in (i.e., email address)?

Say you’re signed in as user A on blog A. You go to the Users page of the dashboard and Invite user B (from blog B) to be an admin of blog A. Then user B is admin of both blogs.

After following those steps am I able to delete user A and still have blog A?

User accounts can’t be deleted in WordPress.com, but if you want to you can login to blog A using user B, then remove user A from blog A.
By doing so, only user B will now have access to blog A and B.
