How do I configure the After Post Widget for Oxygen Theme?

  How do I configure the After Post Widget for Oxygen Theme?

  I put an image in the widget slot under appearance-widgets and it still is not showing up.

  In the Oxygen Theme description it says: the After Post widget areas are optional and will display only when configured

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you open the After Post module (in Appearance > Widgets) and drag an Image widget into the module? Did you paste the URL of an image in the widget? If so, what’s the URL you tried to use?

  The URL is ok, so the widget should show below each post on the single post view. Did you tamper with the Visibility settings of the widget perhaps?

  I did, I put to show on the page of About North Beacon Woods only

  The goal that I am trying to reach, is to put one specific post that I created as a summary persay (mini view) of the post on the page “About North Beacon Woods” and if someone clicks the post it takes them to the entire post/page

  Doesn’t work that way: as its name says, the After Post widget area shows on posts, not on static pages.
  Do do what you’re looking for, you need to insert the image in the content of the page in question and make it link to the post.

  Is there any way to put a post summary on a static page?
