  One thread per issue is all that’s required. Do not create duplicates. The turnaround time on blogging support forums to get support questions answered is measured in hours and not minutes.   Not to be snippy about it, but despite touting your turnaround time you have not answered the question. How does one create their own layout for a page? Must keep keep repeating the question in a different form to get through?
