how do I connect my posts one with another with wiki-style links?

I would like to enable readers to move between posts and pages just by clicking [here] or wiki-style links. How can I do that provided I do not know anything about html and plug-ins?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Define “wiki style links” since we already have a Recent Posts widget and an Archives widget, a search widget and a categories widget, as well as Previous and Next links on each post.

Let’s say I am mentioning something, that I have already explained in full elsewhere in my blog. I would like to be able to put following information: “More on this topic you will find here” and when a reader clicks on “here” they are automatically moved to another post that explains the issue in more depth.
I have seen people doing this in their blogs – but have no idea how to do it myself.
is it at all possible without being IT magician?

I am having the same problem as myslenstwo. I would like to like make links with titles (of prior posts or articles) or words but I can’t seem to find clear instructions or I just don’t understand. When I follow the instructions in the help section; I get some blank page wth one line stating no link found.
The other problem is layout.
Finally is there live help?

<a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>
This is the visual result but as it’s just an example it’s not actually linked to a page:
Highlighted anchor text hereEnter the anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the Visual editor and proceed to create the link. -

Rest assured that there isn’t single zombie or nomophobiac among the Volunteers answering questions on this peer support forum. Some of us have been here for many years longer than Staff have even been on Staff and implying we aren’t alive – hurts!
