How do i contact a happiness engineer?

  I am trying to delete all content from my site, the prompt in the tools menu took me to this page where it said I could contact a happiness engineer. However, I’m not seeing the ability to do that. My only option is to ask the community. If someone could help me I’d appreciate it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have tons of content Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

  If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar for Staff attention and post again to this thread to:

  (1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
  (2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.

  I have submitted a request to empty the site danbryan.wordpress.com. This process may take a little time, depending on the amount of content on the site, but should be completed shortly.

  I had a wordpress blog with the domian name harkerspecial.com but it has an error and wont display it says: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
