How do I contact a staff member?

I need to know how to contact a staff member to get a refund for the domain mapping. I’m still within the 48 hours and I thought I canceled my wordpress account but the withdraw showed up on my bank account. Any help before my 48 hour time span ends?

What is the URL of the domain?
What is the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL?
Which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL and purchased the upgrade?
Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Well when I try to view my web address on my account it doesn’t give me one. It’s left blank. It only gives me my username. My username is georgiaemcenter and that is the username account I used to purchase the upgrade and the mapping. The domain name I’m trying to unpay for is http://www.gemcenter.org. I do not want to use the domain URL on another site.
I’ll subscribe to the thread listed above.

Also, I don’t know if this helps but when I go to the Manage Purchases tab it tells me “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet”. It doesn’t show my $13 purchase, or my other plan that I purchased but was able to get a refund for.

Do you know how fast they respond? I only have a couple hours left of my 48 hour time span. I’ve been trying to contact help during the whole 48 hours but haven’t gotten any response. I’m afraid they won’t respond until the 48 hours are up and say I’m unable to receive my refund.

All threads you created were created before the 48 hours so do not worry about that at all. Staff will respond to all threads with datestamps p[rior to this one in datestamp order and work their way forward to the most recent one. They have a backlog so be patient.

While you are waiting, as you purchased the domain name from namecheap you need to contact them directly cancel that purchase, and as you do not want the domain.
