How do I contact a wordpress tech person? I'm having the reoccurence of a problem I had a month

  I go to my blogs and the black admin line no longer shows. I can’t access my blogs. The same thing happened the early part of this month and one of the engineers got me back in, though it made changes I don’t understand. I’ve had this blog operating since June of 2008 and have never experienced this before. It appears someone is trying to go in and take the site. HELP!
  I want to contact the ‘happiness engineers.’

  That site is a wordpress.ORG software install.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
