Since I signed up for wordpress to get rid of ads and pointed my nameservers to wordpress, I’ve lost email.
I changed my nameservers per wordpress directions. On the other hand, my domain company says that my mx records should be pointed to mx.domain.com. Part of the problem is that wordpress has a pre-set mx record that has “.blushandbrushes.com”.
Besides this issue, I can’t tell if I need to change anything with my CNAME servers. Should I?
I really need to resolve this issue quickly b/c my clients make and confirm appointments via email. PLEASE HELP!
Because I can’t access my email, I can’t see your response to the email that’s associated with this account; thus, oould you respond to me at (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

I contacted one of their “Happiness Engineers”. They replied to my initial enquiry. Nothing since.
Looking at the posts on here. I am having my doubts about WordPress.

I assure you that everyone that helps in the forum is very much alive – there used to be a robot that helped here but he has retired to a warm beach somewhere
most support is provided by peers – there is no phone support – live chat if you have the business upgrade – but it is only available some hours – live chat is also sometimes available to others you can email at support (at) wordpress.com – that tends to be slower than the forum
best bet is to open a thread with a descriptive title (not “HELP HELP’ for instance) since by definition everyone in a support forum needs some sort of help

I bought a book. Working on this for weeks. You can do half the stuff, and half the stuff you can’t find.
I paid for premium. Email support does not work.
All I want is a site with several menus, to blog on separate subjects. BUT I CANNOT GET RID OF THE DEFAULT STUFF ON THE FRONT PAGE. YES> I AM SICK OF THIS> WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I wonder what it is like for people who are not computer literate? Seems just a ruse to get you onto the $299 version.
