How do I contact customer service?

    I was charged an annual fee for my old account today which was closed earlier this year. How do I reach customer service to assist me with this error please?

    The account I had created was (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The mcryan40 account is not connected to any upgrades. That’s the account you are using here in the forums.

    In order to assist with a refund on blindedbyaddiction.com, we need to hear from you under the blindedbyaddiction user account.

    Please sign in to that account and come back here to post a comment. Then we can proceed.

    Also worth noting. If we permanently cancel the domain it could be impossible to regain ownership of it again in the future. So, if there’s any chance that you might want to use it again in the future we DO NOT want to cancel it. Let me know when you write back and we can talk about different options.
