How do I contact someone about being billed when I did not authorize it?

I can’t find a link to contact anyone. I no longer use this and did not okay a renewal. Which was taken 1 month earlier than it should have been.

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. you authorized the charges by leaving the auto renew enabled
also all renewals are done 30 days before they expire to allow time to address any errors in the payment

I am unable to find any place that says cancellation… cannot even find where my credit card is stored…

What’s required now is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

I can cancel and refund that upgrade for you. Before I do, though, I want to check with you about the domain elvisessentials.me you registered here. Do you want to cancel that domain, too? (If you choose to keep the domain, I can cancel the rest of the upgrade and refund the balance.)
Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.
If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar
Just let me know and I can take care of that for you.
