  There is no need to create three or four threads to complain about the customer service.

  You can ask for a refund on your domain upgrade by going to the Store page http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  There is no cancel button on that page for me..I cannot find any of this info that is given..it is very frustrating..thus the numerous threads..I am funneled back to the same pages with NO info!!

  Well, then you don’t need to cancel it.

  Has the money left your Paypal account? I flagged this thread for staff attention, so they should be able to sort it out.

  I have FINALLY…… changed it. However, I am not happy with the whole process and lack of understandable directions…not everyone is a visual learner…
