how do i contact support

I’m trying to change the privacy of a domain in order to transfer it from wordpress to godaddy and it keeps me telling that in order to do that i need to contact support. But when i click in the link of contact support it keeps me driving to this form to public forums.
I don’t know what to do, is there anyone i should contact?

I currently do not see a custom domain under the account you contacted us from. I see that you did own noroomforbooks.net, but it is currently not under your account. Is there a different domain under a different account that you are referring to?

Thanks for the interest. I don’t know what’s going on since indisciplinadas.com appears to be under my domains but wordpress keeps telling me i don’t own it.
Anyway i managed to get the transfer code and started to migrate to godaddy, I hope this doesn’t show up as an issue in the process.
