  there has been an error and th wrong blog has been assigned to me after I had purchased!

  Please clearly and plainly state the URLs stating with http:// of the blog you got and the one you expected here so we can sort this out.

  I don’t see any purchases associated with your WordPress.com account:

  Do you control any other WordPress.com accounts besides eyeandem that your purchase may be associated with?

  Once I get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

  Hi there, sorry we had a public holiday here in NZ, hence delayed response.

  the only other site I accidentally added in my panic to see what was going on and retrieve the correct theme is… https://eyeandem.wordpress.com

  the original one I tried to start that I am having trouble with that I purchased ubud for is https://eyeandemcreative.wordpress.com

  Can I email you a screen grab of my bank statement that clearly shows the money leaving my account!!! its on $25 (NZ) so not a big deal, but I didn’t get what I payed for and so can’t even use the site as is not the look of Ubud – nice and clean – which I require … and I am not going to buy it again as i should have what is owed to me, and there is no saying it won’t happen again!!!

  there has clearly been a glitch in the system, and if you could do right by me than I can continue using wordpress otherwise I will have to go with other website host, which is disappointing as I really liked the ubud theme and would be a great representation/documentation of my work
