How do I contact WordPress customer service?

  wordpress has withdrawn money from my account for a website I shut down with them over 1 year ago. I have recently created a new wordpress profile to try and get in touch with them. Is there anyone who can help me?

  We’d be happy to assist you. What is the URL associated with the charge? Is the site hosted here at WordPress.com? The account you are contacting us from has no history of charges connected to it. So if money was drawn, it had to be from a different WordPress.com account.

  Please share the site URL, and we’d be happy to look further into this for you and point you in the right direction for support.
