How do I contact WordPress directly?

  I am trying to contact WordPress directly about a legal issue and I cannot find a means to contact the site operators directly. They are in danger of breaking the law and could be held legally responsible if they do not address the matter quickly. Again, I cannot contact them directly, though, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
