How do I contact wordpress directly for tec support?

I posted before as to changing my blog address & what it says when I do.
“WordPress.com Blog/Site Address Change
This tool is temporary disabled. Check back soon.”
I was advised to give it some time & I have, but I still get that message. I need to change my address now. How can I contact wordpress support directly to fix this?

Why not simply register the new address instead of waiting? If you want to register a new site with the same email address you are using now, then change the email address on the existing site, make sure to confirm the change of email address and then go register the new username/website address.
If you want to transfer the content from one to the other, then just export the existing content and import it to the new site.

Nobody knows how long you’re going to have to wait. There’s no point contacting staff to ask if the tool is still disabled when you can see it’s still disabled. If they were going to tell us when it’s coming back, they would have done so already.

Thanks. I just did what Jennifer suggested. A hell of a lot easier! Now I just have to delete this one.

You posted off-topic into this thread. You failed to provide a link to the blog in question and no blog is linked to your username. That’s makes it difficult for us to provide support.If and only if, you are referring to a free hosted wordpress.com blg and not to a wordpress.org install http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
then to remove category and tags display in Twenty Eleven you will need to purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing.If you are referring to a wordpress.org install then you must post to the correct support forum and thit is here http://wordpress.org/support/

It is a paid wordpress.org site. Thank you for your quick response. I am just so frustrated trying to get someone to help me with!

You’re welcome. You can click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and on the top right hand corner of that page you can register a wordpress.org username so you can post to those forums.
