  How do I control who can follow my blog?

  I would like to control who can follow/view my blog please. The “privacy” tab does not appear under my “settings” menu.

  You cannot actually control who can Follow a public blog.

  There is no Privacy tab anymore. You can change the settings under Settings->Reading though.
