How do I convert a "page" to a "post" ?

  I wrote my most recent article and when I elected to publish it, to my surprise it published as a “page” not as a “post” !

  How do I convert that “page” to the “post” format and then cancel that “page” ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  There isn’t a way to convert a page to a post. You would need to copy the content and paste it into a new post. Then, you could delete the old page following the steps here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/#delete-pages

  Can you give that a try?
