  I need to know how to convert my wordpress blog into an RSS feed and/or need the HTML code for it. I have a website that I would like my wordpress blog to feed into. The company who hosts it told me to contact WordPress to find out how to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
