How do I copy a page?

  I would like to copy one of my existing pages and use the copy to practice changes on, but I don’t know how to do that. Can someone explain to me how or is there a video?

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/copy-a-post/ this works for posts, but not pages. Pages you have to click to Edit, copy everything in the Edit box (on the Text Editor) and then Paste it into a new post in the text editor.
