  How do I copy a post from one blog to another, both hosted by wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The quick and easy way is to copy and paste and delete. Using the export import takes longer.

  Thanks – I’m looking for a method that will preserve the photos and formatting, though. Do you have any experience with that?

  The images are in the Media Library on blog A correct? Well editing the original post and copying and pasting code from the HTML editor into a new post on another blog means you will be hotlinking to the images in the first blog’s Media Library.
