How do I copy an old Dreamweaver site to a new WordPress template?

I have a Dreamweaver website. It is the same name as my Google blog. However, it is my website that I want to focus on. When I designed it 6yrs ago, I knew very little about web design and used Dreamweaver tables to create it. It’s a mess and out of date. I want to move all its content to a new site with a much better template. Can I move it to WordPress? Or, should I start again with Dreamweaver, using their templates and host it free on WordPress?
