How do I create a blog on a different account if I deleted it from my account?

I created a blog but meant to do it under my shared account, I deleted it, and now can not create it under my shared account. If the blog address is not being used how do I create it on my other account which I share?

I’m sorry but reclaiming a deleted blog URL is not possible. It takes bypassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email to delete a blog for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

You can also register a custom domain for use with your blog so that the original ‘wordpress.com’ domain/URL is never visible to your readers.
