How do I create a button for people to enter their email?

I want to know how to create a button for people to leave their email to automatically connect to my teleclass. After the enter their email that will receive something that looks like so. How do I do this??? (see below)
Also, how do I go about linking with paypal button? I followed the steps on paypal yet am still having difficulty!

Hi Shara,
What you can do is add the Follow Blog widget by going to Appearance > Widgets in your Dashboard. You can then customize the message after they follow your blog to whatever you want.

I followed these steps and still am not seeing this on my website? Does word press have a way to collect emails or do I have to do that through mail chimp????
Once the click the “sign up here for teleclass” button, I'd like to send them phone number for teleclass.

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com (which is what you would need to add MailChimp) for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
However, as I mentioned above you can add the Follow Blog widget which I don’t see on your site. You can add that by going here:

Take a look at the link for further instruction. You can add a message after a person follows your blog via email.
