How do I create a button for submitting pictures on my blog?

How do I create a button on blogger or wordpress that allows readers to submit pictures to get posted?
I have a blog on blogger but didn’t find a solution there. If you give me the tip here I’ll create my blog on wordpress.
The contact form only allows sending text messages. I want people to send pictures as well as text. I also like to add some more fields.
Please explain step by step. I’m a blog dummy. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogs are not wikis. There is no visitors get to post images options provided because they are not relevant in a blogging context.
There is no limitation on the total number of contributors to any blog. If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. If you want users to receive updates each time you publish new content you can invite them to be a follower/viewer.
See here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/ and here http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/Summary
Administrator – nothing is off limits
Editor – has access to all posts, pages, comments, categories, tags, and links.
Author – can write, upload photos to, edit, and publish their own posts.
Contributor – has no publishing or uploading capability, but can write and edit their own posts until they are published
Follower (public sites) / Viewer (private sites only) – can read and comment on posts and pagesAs noted above they need accounts but do not need to register blogs. They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their WordPress.com account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.
Note that users who create a new WordPress.com account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.
The limit is 10 invitations at any point in time. It’s a spammer prevention limit. So simply wait and then send out 10 more.

I don’t want the readers to post the pictures on the blog. So no, they won’t get invited as authors. I want them to send the pictures to me via a “send” button on my blog. So it’s going to be just an email button integrated to the blog page.
I have seen this function on contact pages of other websites, but not sure if it’s possible on blogger. How can it be done on any other blog?
-
you can not submit a picture as an attachment to a contact form – they can send you a link – but not the image itself – for WordPress.COM blogs
should be able to be done on a WordPress.ORG install but a fair amount of work I am told – not sure someone would post an image in a comment or not

As auxclass indicates visitors can provide image URLs in comment boxes or in contact forms, and the Admin of the blog can choose whether or not to moderate the comments with the images in them. That being said the images must be hosted online somewhere to be displayed at all. See a related entry http://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/embeds/

This is a common question. For a site like this, you’re talking about development costs of $10,000 or more. Icanhascheezburger pays $30,000+ a year for hosting alone.
-
It costs 10000 to add a send picture button to a free blog? Why does it cost thousands to start a beginners website?
-
It’s not a beginners’ website. It’s a crowdsourced security nightmare. Viruses and trojans can be and are embedded in jpg and other image files. You can start a wiki, which is not a user-friendly setup, or you can turn to web development yourself and do all the security yourself or you can hire people, in which case it will cost you a minimum of $10,000.
Believe me, we answer this question every couple of days. What you want isn’t cheap or easy and outside of the $30,000 a year VIP program, cannot be done on WordPress.com at all.
-
To make a long story short, there’s no direct way to do what you want on WordPress.com.
As posted above, you can either collect the images from a link your readers leave in a comment form (good luck with that) or try a shared and public online folder (like dropbox), then insert the image by URL, maybe even start a group on flickr where the images can then be embedded in WPcom.
-
Where can I start my own journal-like website foe cheap? How do I get protection from viruses?
-
You can’t get it for cheap. The hosting alone will be thousands a year. How do you get protection from viruses? You purchase expensive protections or you hire experts to craft you a special program or you hire people to examine each image before it goes live.
-
A simple journal-like website is available for free here at WordPress.com but that’s NOT what you’re asking about.

WordPress.org with a contact forum with attachment plugin. If you are looking for standalone WP hosting> https://wordpress.org/hosting/
