How do I create a coauthored blog?

How do I create a coauthored blog? I have a blog on wordpress and want to create another with a friend. I do not want my friend to have access to my original blog. I want to show 2 authors, 2 gravatars and 2 sets of contact information.

You can set up different users with varying degrees of access to your blog such as Editor, Author, Contributor, or Admin.
An author can edit, publish and delete their posts, as well as upload files/images.
To set up users go to Users > Invite New

To display an author’s info, use the Authors Widget or the Author Grid Widget:
