How do I create a Contact tab that displays at the top of every page?

  How do I create a Contact tab that displays at the top of every page? I’ve done this for two other WordPress blogs but can’t remember how to do it. ( I do not want a form that embeds in a page or post.)

  I am using Misty Lake theme.

  I downloaded the Contact Form, but it’s in my laptop’s downloads, not on my Dashboard.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can make a Contact Page that contains a Contact Form, and then add the page to your site’s Custom Menu:

  Pages

  Contact Form

  Custom Menus
