How do I create a links to other site page?

  I want to create a links to other sites page, with pictures of the other sites. I am running into a problem with knowing what kind of page among the ones provided, that supports the type of thing that I want to do. I don’t THINK this is a blog post thing, I don’t want to create a new blog on my site, that is. Can anyone help me?
