How do I create a media file download dialogue box link?

    Hi, I have several audio files uploaded to my media library at wordpress.com and I want to be able to create a download link for them within a post. The support pages show me how to create a link to the file itself, but I’m after a link which will take the reader to a download dialogue box, allowing them to download the file directly. Is this possible? Thanks
