How do i create a new page without using the admin panel?

    Hey guys, i hope i’m asking in the right place, if it’s not feel free to move it.

    I’m having a bit of trouble creating a new page, what i want to be able to do is have a custom page which has its own file (like contact.php for example) the reason for this is because i’m sending the theme to a friend so it should include all the pages used in the wordpress theme without him having to add the pages himself.

    Any ideas please? Would be very greatful.
