how do i create a pemanent link on a page

I would like to create a permanent link from my page “english” to my other blog in english : http://www.stephanieharari.com
meaning, when you press on the page the other blog direcltly opens

You could do this in a couple different ways. Did you have a particular location on the page where you would like to see this link? Up at the top in a “navigation bar” style? In a banner or graphic in the side bar? Or something else?

I think you misunderstood my request.
I would like that when some one presses on the tab “English” of the page menu he would be automaticly redirected to my english blog at http://www.stephanieharari.com.
meaning when he presses on the “english” tab he get to the home page of http://www.stephanieharari.com without having to press on the link, as it is currently the case.
