How do I create a recipe index page with internal links back to the posts?

  I am trying to create a recipe index page for my blog http://www.thebackyardlemontree.com I want to list the categories and then have a page jump to the list of recipes in each category then I want to link back to the post/recipe in my blog. What is the easiest way to do this

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just make each recipe in the form of a blog post, use the Recipes category, and link to the category page in a custom menu.
