How do i create a second blog, different domain but linked to the same account?

  i already have a wordpress blog, i want to open a second blog with a different domain name but under the same account… i dont want these two blogs to be connected in any way other than the fact that i run them both. How do i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
