How do I create a subsequent blank posts in a long post w/ pagebreak

My website is http://www.thevirtualwriter.com. I am using it as a place to store stories and poems I have written and stories and poems I am writing. I used a post to start a story http://www.thevirtualwriter.com/tvw/cw/fiction/journey-home-lost-soul/ and as the story got longer and longer, I realized I needed to break the pages into lengths similar to the length of a book page (250 to 300 words). After I put in a page break in the text at the point I wanted it, I got a new post page but with the exception of the text, the subsequent pages look identical to the first post page. I would like to have the first post page have the title, author, and an opportunity for comments. I would like the remaining post pages to have a title in the to right corner along with page number and a previous/next page navigation button and nothing else. Is that possible?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,
This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features and run different versions of some themes with the same names http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
