how do i create a web-page rather than a blog

  I have two areas that i need help with..the first is that i can not seem to locate how to create a web-page rather than a blog. I have a blog that i created in blog format that i would like to have as a web-page….

  the second is I an looking to create a book of essays with a collection of some of my most popular blogs, where do i start this

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
