How do I create a website, not a blog?

  I want to create a website, not a blog. What is the difference, and/or how do I find the website part of your site???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  A blog IS a website. It depends on how you structure it and use it.

  I’m quoting the vastly more experienced @TT here, it’s a “matter of semantics”.

  There’s a main page (your front for now) which is a blog in which you can post articles daily, weekly or whenever with dated entries.
  Then there a more static pages that you can use and layout as you wish your website to look.

  You can have a static page as your front page and it’s a website.

  Play around with the pages and menus and see how it works.

  I just tell people that I have a web site – simple & end of issue

  Keep in mind that the “bloggy thing” searches real well and visitors really like new fresh articles (Posts) at the top of the front page
