How do I create a WordPress FTP account and password?

  Hi there :)

  i need to install a plugin in my blog, so i have to transfer the files with a ftp program. i downloaded filezilla but it asks for a username and password. i searched on google but i couldn’t understand all the guides… can you just tell me how to create a username and password, i only created the blog with wordpress and i only have my wordpress username and password, i have no idea how to get the ftp username and password!!!

  At wordpress.com we cannot use plugins and we have no access to ftp files.
