How do I create an rsvp for my wedding on the website?

    Hi,
    My name is Jeanine and I am doing everything my trial an error. It took me 3 days just to get the pic on the website.. Lol..
    I am trying to use this as rsvp for my wedding.. How do I add this? Need your help..
