How do I create another and organize my sidebars?

    I’m working on a site for work. I need to have a sidebar on the left-hand side and a side-bar on the right-hand side. I also need to be using the WikiWP theme. Here’s a link to the blog. I haven’t done anything else yet in terms of content or customization.
