How do I create bookmarks in my text that I can link to from my other pages?

How do I create bookmarks in my text so I can link to them from links on my other pages posts? ie. I want to make my wordpress Blog into a website… I want to write “See our References”.. and link it to the references located on another page… I need to bookmark where my references begin, and then I want to link to that part of that page, from another page or post.
