How do I create joint admins?…..

  Our blog is for an organization, I started the blog and would like to have joint admin privileges with the other steering committee members. How can this be done? Also I created a banner to fit a template, the other members prefer a lighter template, there doesn’t seem to be another that a banner can be inserted in. And finally, how can a poll from another site, be added to the blog? Are there FTP capabilities?

  3. WordPress.com doesn’t allow FTP access. http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
  But you can create polls. See this http://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/
