how do I create links out of url's in the about me section of my gravatar profil

how do I create links out of url’s in the about me section of my gravatar profile? This is showing up at the bottom of my WP blogs and I do not see the icon’s in gravatar to create links… I have no problem creating links in WP. thanks

Go to this page and note that everything you place there will be posted to your gravatar profile page > Dashboard > Users > My Profile
Scroll down to this section:
Links
You can add links to any website you like here and they will be included on your profile.

[Add Link] -

Note that whatever you have on that Page does not automatically appear on your Gravatar profile page. It’s only what you type into the “About you” section here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About you that will automatically display on your gravatar profile page.

Ha… I noticed in my last post, all url’s automatically got linked! But that is not happening in the about me section of my blogs… ergo why I am asking here :)

The About you entry is expected to be brief and is not expected to contain any active links at all.
There is a Links section further down the page.

Okay… if you have a sec. check out the bottom of this particular blog of mine and see how it shows up there… without the link section… if would be great if the links could be active… but if not that’s okay: thanks for your help:

I’m going to be brutally honest. All of that fa la la la la belongs on your About page, not below each and every post on the blog.
In your About me section I suggest you create a brief bio and limit the number of characters to 140 including spaces.

No worries… I didn’t set to go there in the first place… I actually changed the background theme to my blog the other day and when I did that, I noticed it added that about section to my all of my blogs… it wasn’t there before…

Only a few themes automatically display the “author profile” derived form the data in the About me section of the My Profile page below each post. If you aren’t keen on the theme you can switch.
