How do I create links to other sites by clicking on a word?

how do you link to a website through a word? I want to be able to have words that the reader can click on that takes them to a new site. for example: Kate Spade purse –> I want to make it so when they click the phrase “Kate Spade purse” they get redirected to the kate spade website in a new tab.
