Here are the steps I followed but I am receiving an error message:
Create new MX records for Google.
Create the following new MX records. You may need to specify “MX” as your record type.
ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 1)
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 5)
ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 5)
ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 10)
ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 10)
These are the MX records I added to my control panel on my wordpress site that are coming up with an error.
Does it have to do with the example box? What information should I be putting in that box? -
Hi there.
I took a look over your domain’s records, and it seems you were able to follow our guide on adding email through Google Apps. All the needed MX records are currently in place on our end.
Is the error you mentioned when you’re seeing on Google’s end? If so, could you let me the exact content of the error?
Thanks!
